We offer the following delivery methods for orders made through our online store at the prices shown below:

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for orders that exceed the combined total of 25 euros.
General info about your delivery
- Postage is added to the order amount during the payment phase.
- A link will be sent by e-mail, from which you can track the status of the shipment on the posti.fi website.

Returns and Complaints
Finnomedical follows the guidelines of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority in the operation of the online store. In matters concerning complaints, returns or cancellations, the customer service should be contacted using the contact form on the website or by e-mail at blueiron@finnomedical.fi.
Right of Return
In order to return the product, it must be undamaged, unopened and unused. Finnomedical has the right to withhold a reasonable part of the price of the returned product or to refuse to accept the product.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or opened shipment, you must report it immediately to the order pick-up point, where you can fill out a notification regarding what happened.
Defective Products
Complaints about a defective product must be made within a reasonable period of time after the defect has been noticed. The defective product must be kept until the matter is resolved. If the quality of the product has been delivered to the customer as the manufacturer intended it to be and it does not differ from other similar products of the manufacturer, it is not possible to return the product to Finnomedical if it has been used.
